Job Summary

The Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer Team Lead is responsible for leading the Integration and Test team in developing, executing, and validating software and system-level testing for missile warning and tracking systems. The role oversees test planning, system verification, defect resolution, integration activities, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Integration and Test (I&T) team and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated software and system-level tests.
  • Develop and maintain Integration and Test plans, procedures, reports, and verification documentation.
  • Determine verification approaches for system requirements and identify software/system defects.
  • Conduct formal system testing and validation with government stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to support software development and system integration.
  • Build, configure, troubleshoot, and validate system functionality.
  • Generate and maintain system documentation, configuration baselines, rack diagrams, and test records.
  • Support system reviews, readiness assessments, and verification activities.
  • Contribute to risk management, verification matrices, and customer test reports.
  • Train personnel and support operational readiness activities.

Requirements:
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • 2-4 years of experience leading Integration & Test teams.
  • Experience with software testing, system verification, and defect analysis.
  • Experience developing test processes, test cases, test procedures, and reports.
  • Familiarity with satellite ground systems or OPIR mission environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple test events and demonstrations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, automated testing, MBSE, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
  • Experience with DoD space systems integration and automated API/UI testing is a plus.
