DescriptionThe Integration Analyst unifies frontline IT support with Salesforce platform enhancements to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Examples of Duties - Configure and enhance Salesforce features aligned to business requirements.
- Contribute to CI/CD practices and support release stability.
- Design, implement, and support integrations and automations between enterprise systems.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with help desk teams to triage issues and improve documentation.
- Produce documentation and maintain accurate change records.
- Monitor dashboards and metrics to drive improvements.
Typical Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications- 10+ years of experience across IT support, automation, and software development.
- Experience with Salesforce administration or development.
- Understanding of integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and release management.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
- ServiceNow CSA or ITIL Foundation certification.
- CI/CD pipeline experience with Git.
- Scripting experience such as Python or PowerShell.
