Full Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Integrated Project Planner to join our team in the Orlando, FL area. This is an onsite position.

This role will support the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department in the Navy Aviation Division at MANTECH. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and integration of program plans and schedules, as well as ensuring compliance for programs with Earned Value Management System requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Translate complex technical inputs into actionable data to build and maintain Integrated Government Schedules (IGS)
  • Build IGS products using critical path methodology that support full project life cycle execution
  • Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including independent Estimates at Completion (EACs), Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
  • Provide timely, actionable schedule and cost performance inputs to government reporting systems, including Interim Program Assessment Review System (IPARS), Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR), and Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES)
  • Analyze and synthesize Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to inform strategic scheduling decisions
  • Deliver accurate schedule and cost analyses using MS Project, Excel, and Power BI to support data-driven project decisions
  • Create compelling visualizations and reports for senior stakeholders using MS Project, OnePager Professional, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Lead cross-functional schedule meetings to align government and contractor efforts and ensure schedule integrity
  • Ability to travel up to 10%


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering and 4+ years of project planning-related experience, or an Associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with critical path method and networked schedule development, baseline, and status using milestones, tasks, duration, lead/lag, or other standard datapoints/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis
  • Experience performing analysis to evaluate program/project objectives, including analysis of requirements, status, budget, and schedules
  • Experience collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in areas related to math, science, statistics, business, management, or engineering
  • Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI
  • Knowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processes
  • Experience with technical program management support, and interfacing with senior level clients


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current and active Secret security clearance


Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
