Standard Job DescriptionTHE WORKYou will work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with the business and delivering real-time solutions to our clients. You will interface with program management, finance, our customers, functional leads, and control account managers (CAMs).
What You Will Be Doing:
• Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
• Tracking progress of program activities against baseline internal plans.
• Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconfliction.
• Supporting and participating in negotiations with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Proposal submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parameters
• Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions.
• Maintaining cost and schedule integration throughout program lifecycle.
• Implementing and monitoring Earned Value Management System on programs.

A level 3 employee is mid-career and typically has 4 to 6+ years of professional experience.
Basic Qualifications• Experience with scheduling software, such as Open Plan/MS Project, and developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Program Performance Management knowledge, including EVMS experience, integrated cost & scheduling tools, and schedule metrics generation & reporting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,including attention to detail and the ability to present reports to all levels of management.
• This position does not require a government security clearance to start, but must be able to obtain; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
• Willingness and ability to support on-site meetings as required.
Desired Skills• Experience with scheduling software, such as Open Plan or similar tools integrated with cost management systems.
• Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) development and maintenance.
• Expertise in cost and schedule integration, particularly in relation to EVMS.
Pay InformationGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $90600.00 - $168200.00

- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $81500.00 - $151300.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $72500.00 - $134600.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $65200.00 - $121200.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.
