Full Job Description
As a memeber of the SWFPAC Base Operations Team, you'll will be responsible for leading a team of talented technical trainers to develop, deploy and teach FBM required training at SWFPAC. You will lead an interactive media team at various sites that create courseware content, augmented and virtual reality products. This position will work closely with the SWFLANT Training Manager to ensure seamless collaboration and consistency of training implementation across the SWF's. You will coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Direct the analyses of current operating problems and future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop training programs. Manage the preparation and production materials used for technical instruction. Continuous communications with LM senior leadership and SSP partners is essential and crucial for success of the training efforts of the program. The FBM training team is looking for motivated individuals that can communicate effectively to help bridge the program from sustainment of yesterday to development and sustainment of the new programs while maintaining the program of record.

In this role, you will:

- Lead a team of trainers responsible for FBM maintenance training
- Lead a team of interactive media personnel
- Manage day to day operations of the training team at SWFPAC
- Manage staffing to meet program demands
- Support SWFPAC business rhythm
- Collaborate with SSP Navy partners
- Provide guidance to ensure compliance to contractual requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with other prime contractors on available training and compliance to contractual requirements
- Support FBM program emerging demands
- Manage QCT administration
- Integrate with the Digital Transformation team

Basic Qualifications
• 3 years formal first line leadership experience
• Proven experience communicating with senior leadership
• 2 years corporate curriculum development expericence
• Hands on/in-classroom instructor experience
• Proven experience communicating with senior leadership
• Interim Secret clearance required prior to start. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

Desired Skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Working knowledge and Administrative experience in the Qualifications, Checklists and Training LMS, P&DSS Contract, Shared Government Furnished Items (GFI) &
Services for FBM & Government Contractors as applicable to TCOE,
• Experience managing coast and budget for a project or organization
• Understanding of Training and Training Support requirements associated with US/UK FBM Program agreements.
• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership
• Knowledge in the creation of Statements of Work and Contracts with Associate Contractors for course deliveries

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $123400.00 - $229200.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
