Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 3) to support CH-47 programs in Ridley Park, PA.
In this role, you will work with the program leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, baseline, and analyze program schedules while consistently demonstrating Boeing’s Values and Behaviors. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
- Leads the development of program plans and proposal schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, integrates work statements, and documents assumptions
- Leads the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity
- Identifies and reports performance variances and opportunities to mitigate risks
- Integrates with Master Production Scheduling and Master Schedule data
- Supports change incorporation and detail commitment schedules related to Integrated Scheduling products. Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline
- Ensures adherence to DFAR Compliance Requirements, prepares for and supports DCMA Audits.
- Earns a seat at the table as a value-added member on program and campaign teams
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Ridley Park, PA.
To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.
- 3+ years' experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
- 1+ year of experience in using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience supporting Proposals and/or Campaign Planning and Scheduling
- Holds an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
- Experience working in a DFAR EVM compliant environment
