  • Support day-to-day operations for broad reach function and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across paid media, PR, BI, data, and finance; nurture relationships with external agency partners.
  • Analyze performance data for broad reach channels, delivering insights and recommendations to achieve KPI goals.
  • Assist with digital marketing performance metrics and reporting tasks.
  • Create UTMs, C-tracking, and QR codes for marketing campaigns and integrated initiatives.
  • Manage invoicing, pacing, and budget across Broad Reach marketing channels.
  • Develop presentations and competitive analysis to communicate performance insights to the broader marketing team.
  • Support integrated campaign planning, execution, and reporting efforts.

About the Role:

The Integrated Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in marketing channel implementation and improvement, with a specific emphasis on Broad Reach Paid Media efforts and Integrated Campaign support. This person will work with the Senior Marketing Manager to maintain GoodRx’s marketing channel excellence across Linear TV, Streaming Video, Streaming Audio, Terrestrial Radio and Podcasts and also provide necessary support across larger integrated marketing efforts (Conditions, Subscriptions and Pharma Direct).


Leveraging their experience working with broad reach channels, this person will provide insights and optimizations through analyzing weekly channel performance, managing budgets and pacing, and assisting with ongoing media planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of day-today operations across the broad reach function and integrated marketing
  • Collaborate with cross functional internal teams across (but not limited to) paid media, PR, BI, data, and finance while also building relationships with external agency partners
  • Analyze performance results for broad reach channels and provide insightful findings, recommendations and optimizations to meet KPI goals
  • Support digital marketing performance monitoring and reporting efforts
  • Assist in building utms, c-tracking and QR codes for Integrated Marketing campaigns as well as other cross-functional initiatives 
  • Manage invoicing, pacing and budget management across Broad Reach marketing channels
  • Develop presentations, conduct competitive analysis and other documents to communicate performance recaps and insights to the broader marketing organization
  • Support integrated campaign planning, taxonomy and launch prep, execution and reporting efforts across Core Conditions, Pets, and Subscription campaigns

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or the equivalent in related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ad agency or similar 
  • Familiarity with broad reach mediums such as streaming video (OTT/CTV, OLV), streaming audio, linear TV, terrestrial radio and podcasts media planning and execution
  • Understanding of performance marketing and ability to work toward revenue and efficiency goals
  • Skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong written, verbal communication, collaboration and presentation skills

$86,000.00 - $138,000.00

New York Office:

$79,000.00 - $127,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$72,000.00 - $115,000.00

$65,000.00 - $104,000.00
