What You Will Be Doing:
This position is for the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) role in support of the recently awarded F-16 Peru sustainment contract and or other F-16 sustainment contracts. This role will have primary and overall responsibility of all sustainment activities for the F-16 production programs: Supporting activity requirement for implementation of Support Equipment, Spares, Repairs, Kit Management, Tech Manuals, Training, Material Requirements, Supplier Coordination, Activation, Modification, and Depot Requirements. This position will also support the creation of internal and external executive-level presentations to ensure messages are communicated correctly and consistently. Additionally, this position will work closely with the Program Management team to ensure comprehensive logistics, sustainment planning, and support requirements meet contractual obligations.
This is a high visibility position and the individual filling this role must be able to work independently as well as be a team player and be willing to support other team members on proactive basis in any capacity needed. Experience in F-16 Maintenance including flight line and back shop a plus. This role requires constant attention to detail and collaboration. Potential for position to transition into an in- country assignment in the future if desired.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience with the F-16 Platform
• Demonstrated ability to consistently brief external and internal stakeholders at executive level
• Advanced organization skills
• Experience with F-16 sustainment elements. (Spares, SE, CSTOs, Training, etc.)
• Ability to acquire Secret Clearance
• Program/Project management experience.
• Excel and PowerPoint a must
Desired skills
• Experience with performance-based metrics and how those metrics relate to sustainment core competencies.
• CAM and EV knowledge
• Acquisition and proposal process experience.
• USAF maintenance/logistics/supply experience.
• Knowledge of USAF Sustainment, DOD System Acquisition, and Industry Partnerships.
• Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement, affordability, adaptability.
• Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's or Above Degree
• F-16 maintenance experience is highly desired. Maintenance to include flight line or back shop maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience with international programs.
• Working knowledge of the Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Risk Management, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) process, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)/Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
• Understanding of military base supply systems.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Working Knowledge of Turn Around Asset modification programs
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
