What You Will Do:- Engage with government and contractor stakeholders to collect, clarify, and validate user needs.
- Translate business, functional, and mission requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements aligned with enterprise data platforms.
- Support end-to-end intake processes, ensuring requirements are complete, testable, feasible, and traceable.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product owners to ensure requirements are properly implemented within an environment leveraging Databricks and enterprise data capabilities.
- Maintain requirements documentation, workflows, and change logs within government-site and contractor-site environments as required.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, acceptance criteria development, and readiness checks for delivery teams.
- Monitor requirement implementation progress and support defect triage by validating alignment with documented needs.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for data-centric platforms.
- Experience working in fast-paced delivery environments with evolving stakeholder requirements.
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Prior experience supporting government programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment supporting government-site and contractor-site teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate mission needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to support requirements workflows integrated with Databricks-based data pipelines and analytics.
- Experience interfacing with both contractor-site and government-site stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools used for requirements management (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Experience supporting data engineering or analytics programs built on Databricks.
- Ability to create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
