Candidates should have experience with drafting and reviewing MGA, TPA, service, and reinsurance agreements, and have had some exposure to insurance M&A. Candidates should have strong experience conducting multi-state regulatory analyses, counseling clients on emerging insurance and insurtech issues, interacting with insurance regulators, and supporting the insurance regulatory aspects of corporate and transactional matters.
