Full Job Description
Kennedys, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked global law firm serving insurers and the London market, is seeking motivated and dynamic attorneys to join its national and international insurance coverage practice. The position is based in Austin or Houston, but our culture fosters global collaboration daily.

Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant diverse coverage experience such as; excess and surplus lines, general liability, construction defect, D&O, environmental, personal and advertising injury claims in Texas. Including a strong litigation background, experience analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation. Experience with tasks such as taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, or arguing motions is helpful, but not required.

The annualized salary range for this role is $130,000-$220,000; however, actual salary is contingent upon level of experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
