Insurance Agent

Farmers Insurance offers two unique entry points designed for candidates that are already established professionals in the Insurance Industry.

- Farmers has designed an amazing "Retail Program" that provides an extremely competitive financial and training support to accelerate the business over your first 3 years as an Agent. The Retail program also offers a very lucrative compensation and bonus program over industry averages.

Initial Retail Agency Perks:

-Sign on Bonus, Financial Marketing Support, Office Branding Bonus, and a monthly/ quarterly/ yearly Retail Bonus program.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
