Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creating training or learning experiences.
• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and SAM, and principles of adult learning.
• Experience with e-learning development and creating online courses or interactive learning content.
• Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Canvas.
• Strong skills in writing, editing, storyboarding, and instructional content development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and design effective solutions.
• Create engaging short videos for marketing, training, or communications purposes.
• Design newsletters, posters and e-signs for various organizational needs.
• Develop web-based training for internal systems using Articulate Storyline, from storyboarding to full design and deployment.
• Post and manage training content on the LMS for accessibility.
