Position
The Institutional & Wealth Distribution Analyst’s primary responsibility is to support institutional and wealth business development efforts across the Americas. This role sits at the center of RGIM’s client-facing activities, partnering closely with senior distribution leads, investment professionals, and marketing to drive asset growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance the firm’s commercial execution.
The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting coverage across wealth intermediaries (RIAs, family offices, platforms) and institutional investors (pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance) with exposure across public and private market strategies, including private equity co-investments and alternative solutions.
Responsibilities
Channel Support
- Intermediaries: Support the Distribution Lead in asset growth across coverage of wealth intermediaries—primarily RIAs, multi-family offices, and advisor platforms—through proactive outreach and relationship development
- Rockefeller Global Family Office: Partner directly with financial advisors to position RGIM strategies within client portfolios, addressing allocation needs, portfolio fit, and implementation considerations
- Institutional: Support institutional relationship development (pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance) through coordinated outreach, diligence support, and meeting preparation/participation
Daily Business Development
- Build and manage a targeted pipeline of advisor and institutional prospects; track engagement and move opportunities through to funding. Utilize AI tools to continually add scale, identify new prospective clients, and improve and standardize processes.
- Serve as a responsive day-to-day contact for advisors and institutional clients, delivering timely, high-quality follow-up and maintaining consistent engagement
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings, roadshows, and portfolio reviews alongside senior distribution and investment professionals
- Support RFPs, DDQs, and ongoing diligence requests across both wealth and institutional channels
- Maintain CRM discipline, track pipeline activity, and monitor progress from initial outreach through allocation and funding
- Support execution of private market offerings (including co-investments), managing investor workflows, documentation, and allocation tracking
Client Service & Internal Reporting
- Support team with management reporting, including sales pipeline and sales statistics
- Drive creation of client-specific materials for meetings with investment professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of asset management business development experience
- Experience in fundraising with a demonstrated track record of sales results
- Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and investment strategies
- FINRA series 7 & 63 licenses are required for this position. Candidates are not required to have series 7 & 63 licenses, but must obtain within 90 days of hire
- Willingness to pursue a CFA designation or MBA is desirable

- Experience integrating AI and automation into day-to-day workflows to improve data analysis, content generation, and sales execution
- Demonstrated proficiency in discussing fixed income, equity and alternative asset classes
- Understanding of foundational portfolio construction and investment strategy concepts
- Heightened sense of quality control and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, eVestment, & Morningstar is a plus
Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
