What you will enjoy doing* (DUTIES)- Prepareservice proposals for healthcare facilities requiring medical gas systeminspections to ensure compliance
- Manage customer service requests, includingtechnical inquiries, emergency responses, site visits, equipment needs, andshutdown assistance
- Develop turnkey project proposals by compilingsubcontractor quotes, labor costs, specifications, and related documentation
- Coordinate RFPs, purchase orders, subcontracts, and agreements with thecontract's administrator; Act as primary contact during Pre-construction,communicating work plans, progress updates, and final delivery
- Interpretproject documents to create work plans for timely, on-budget procurement andexecution
- Source and pre-qualify vendors, subcontractors, and specializedservices such as offsite fabrication, rigging, and structural engineering; Maintain strong vendor relationships to build a qualified network of serviceproviders
- Assess risk factors with the project team to ensure readiness
- Monitor supply chain scope variances and identify potential change ordersearly
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to price and submit changesin accordance with project controls.
What makes you great (REQTS) - Musthave a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any),Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field and three (3)years of experience in the job offered or in a related position
Must havethree (3) years of experience with:
- Managing projects involving excavation andmanufacturing construction for field jobs, including building concrete oxygentank pads, bollards, fences, and steel structures to support piping;
- Selectingpipeline materials such as copper, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, andcalculating flow, pressure, velocity, and required diameter for industrial andmedical applications;
- Performing flow versus pressure calculations of gases todetermine supply source equipment, including compressors, pumps, and controldevices such as regulators, economizers, safety valves, and shut-offvalves;
- Working with cryogenic gases,bulk gas systems, medical gas distribution systems, and source equipment;
- Designing medical gas pipeline systems, routing pipes including Vacuum Jacketedpipelines, calculating diameters, creating isometric drawings, and selectingcontrol equipment;
- Ensuring quality control at customer site installations andcompliance with Building and Fire Codes, as well as standards for indoor andoutdoor bulk and high-pressure gases;
- Applying theoretical and practicalknowledge of material behavior under abnormal pressures (high or vacuum) andtemperatures (high or cryogenic) to select construction materials, pipelinematerials, and control equipment
TRAVEL REQT: 75% of domestictravel is required
HOURS: Full-Time;Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)
SALARY: $116,646.00-$127,500.00/Year
