Location of position: Allen, TX. Job DutiesAs our Installation Training Specialist, you will be responsible for provision and effective delivery of all methods, processes, and training to implement and sustain Front Line level alignment of installation strategy to attain quality and Installation productivity targets across new installation and modernization projects. You will aid regional leaders in the implementation of installations Programs, Processes and initiatives.
You will bring 4+ years of progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators and/or related work experience to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your 4-year bachelor's degree within a technical curriculum and/or equivalent elevator-escalator industry experience, plus:
- Strong background at the field installation level with progressive and demonstrated installation management and training skills.
- Experience leading people within a union workforce, planning and scheduling projects, ensuring site logistics and project management.
- Experience with low to hi-rise buildings and small to major project installations across a variety of market segments such as retail, office, medical, sports facilities and public transportation.
Other Specific Knowledge: - Comprehensive understanding of KONE's procedures, policies, and contracts/products
- Comprehensive understanding of KONE installation methods and processes at the field mechanic and management levels.
- Familiarity of competitor products offerings and practices
- Sound technical understanding of KONE electrical and mechanical systems and installation processes used with elevator and escalator products.
- Sound understanding of KONE Safety policies and processes used during installation.
- General accounting and financial management principles
- Laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental governmental regulations
Other Specific Skills: - Ability to effectively communicate KONE installation methods and processes at the field mechanic and management levels.
- Ability to conduct basic financial analysis for the purpose of making sound business decisions
- Effective oral, written, and presentation skills
- Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks through effective organization and time management
- Willing and able to travel extensively, up to 75% or more, domestically and possibly some internationally travel.

Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $126,600 - $166,215. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
