Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in installation and maintenance of complex technical systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and configure robotic systems.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide training and technical support to customers on robotic systems operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical issues during installations.
• Document installation procedures and create installation reports.
• Assist with the development of standard operating procedures for installation and maintenance activities.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of installations.
