As a facilities professional, you understand how strategic coordination, disciplined field validation, and attention to detail drive successful installation project execution. We need an experienced facilities specialist who can apply analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and strong communication to support installation project coordination across Marine Corps regional and headquarters environments.

As a Project Liaison, you will coordinate with integrated stakeholder teams to support planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases, ensuring alignment with Government expectations and installation requirements.
You will synthesize inputs from installation stakeholders, support project tracking across multiple commands, and contribute to structured reporting that gives leaders visibility into field conditions, emerging risks, and progress toward mission-aligned outcomes. Your ability to blend technical site analysis with coordinated project facilitation will help maintain mission readiness across Marine Corps installations.

• Experience conducting or supporting physical site evaluations, field data validation, or identifying and documenting discrepancies
• Knowledge of installation operations, facilities lifecycle workflows, or basic planning and design coordination practices
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support documentation inputs, schedule alignment, or issue tracking
• Ability to use facilities or project tracking tools such as Excel dashboards, SharePoint-based systems, or other documentation platforms
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience supporting facilities management, installation operations, project coordination, or infrastructure activities, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting facilities management, installation operations, project coordination, or infrastructure activities
Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of the Unified Facilities Criteria, International Building Codes, and other facility related codes and standards
• Ability to support dashboard development, project data analysis, or workflow improvements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, facilities management, construction management, or a related field preferred; Master's degree in engineering, architecture, business, planning, or construction management a plus
