We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Application Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing various enterprise applications which are used within our installation organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical software systems that support our organization's goals and objectives.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,625 - $135,850 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

• Plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications within the organization.
• Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently.
• Responsible for the management and optimization of applications that are vital to business processes and decision-making.
• Coordinates enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.
• Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Their work will foster seamless integration between applications and ensure that end-users have reliable access to the tools and data they need, ultimately driving productivity and operational excellence.
• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business partners, to gather requirements and implement application changes.
• Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related.
• Minimum 8 Years of functional experience.
• Administer operational procedures to ensure that the service runs smoothly.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
• Proven experience as an Application Administrator or similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
