Job Description:About the Role:This position is part of Caterpillar's Oil, Gas and Marine organization and will support growth in both Caterpillar's Oil, Gas and Marine and Caterpillar's Electric Power businesses. The role offers the opportunity to lead the Installation, Commissioning, and Start Up phase of the G20CM34 natural gas power generation, as it relates to Caterpillar's scope of supply and site services, and its interface/integration with the power generating facility. These projects support a wide range of customer applications, including data centers, utilities, large commercial and industrial customers, and oilfield production power.

What You Will Do:- Organize and coordinate commissioning activities working with internal business partners and 3rd parties.
- Serve as a liaison across project teams, translating objectives into program milestones and execution practices.
- Plan and monitor site activities to ensure quality standards and performance goals are met.
- Manage all aspects of the commissioning to ensure projects are delivered, accepted, and completed within established timelines.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Cross-functional project or program management experience

- Onsite customer experience

Summary Pay Range:$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
