Key Responsibilities
  • Deep BU Integration
    • Partner with Business Units (BU) to improve Out-of-Box Quality (OOBQ) and Serviceability of System Shipments.
    • Drive design-for-installation initiatives for new products.
    • Workforce modeling & long-range planning or resource needs.
    • Coordinate I&W spending & drive data-driven improvement (NC, beyond spec, NPI) with BU.
  • Product-Centric Leadership
    • Collaborate with BU product groups (PBG, SBU) to define install strategies focused on Safety, Quality, Cycle Time, and Cost.
    • Data governance & KPI standardization
    • Drive systemic fixes based on lesson learnt feedback from field teams
  • Technical Excellence Goals
    • Enhance supplier testing and analytics to prevent field failures
    • System and process for installation documents, training, tooling, CIP, lesson learned from field feedback
    • Accelerate training for complex installations at advanced nodes.
  • Future Vision
    • Adoption of digital tools and AI for predictive planning and quality assurance.
    • Standardized governance for technology integration across BU and field teams.
    • Talent strategy focused on future skill sets and advanced technical capabilities.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
