About Your Role

The Mechanical Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems on public works construction projects meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. This role involves inspecting HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems throughout all phases of construction while coordinating with contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure compliance and quality.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience performing mechanical inspections on large-scale Public Works projects
  • Experience inspecting HVAC systems (rough and finish)
  • Experience with plumbing systems including pumps, piping, ducts, equipment, controls, vaults, and underground systems
