Full Job Description
Inspection Supervisor plays a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our operations, driving excellence in quality and performance every day. This role leads and energizes the Inspection team, ensuring all activities align seamlessly with production goals while consistently meeting and exceeding customer quality and delivery expectations.

Through dynamic collaboration with Inspectors and close partnership with operations personnel, the Inspection Supervisor champions a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every product reflects our commitment to outstanding quality and customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Direct, train and motivate subordinate personnel to meet departmental objectives while maximizing human resources.
  • Implement the systems and procedures required by Division and Quality Management to assure meeting established Quality Standards.
  • Coordinate the activities of the assigned Inspectors to meet the required need dates of our internal and external customers.
  • Assure that the equipment and technology utilized is maintained at the levels necessary for performing work to the required quality standards.
  • Resolve Quality problems and projects as assigned.
  • Provide timely communication of Quality problems to the Departments and/or individuals necessary to have them resolved.
  • Interface with customers and suppliers, as required, in the performance of the assigned tasks.
  • Assure safe work practices are implemented and followed and that equipment is operating safely.
  • Perform all other Quality functions as required by the appropriate Quality Management.
  • Travel- domestic and internationally, as needed.
  • Special Projects involving customers or other departments as needed.
  • Perform and review Inspection employees' yearly evaluations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Have A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience and/or training, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Knowledge, competency and experience in related field.
  • Knowledge relating to completion services procedures and processes.
  • Current practices, equipment, materials, and supplies used in the completion tools business.
  • Great Plains software programs.
  • Applicable PPE required on job location.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Monitoring/assessing performance of themselves, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
  • Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Forecasting and determining necessary resources, time and materials of a project.
  • Planning and tracking project timelines.
  • Efficiently managing the resources, time, and materials of the division.
  • Leading, directing, and mentoring individuals to accomplish common goals.
  • Must have the ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries, complaints, or employee situations. Ability to effectively present controversial or complex topics to upper management, subordinates, and groups of employees.
