Key Responsibilities - Direct Pipeline Generation: Lead from the front by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing high-quality discovery meetings with target enterprise IT and security decision-makers.
- Playbook & Strategy Enhancement: Evaluate our established sales playbook and leverage hands-on market feedback to refine messaging, multi-channel cadences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video), and objection-handling strategies.
- Process & Tech Optimization: Partner with Revenue Operations to maximize the efficiency of our sales stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to ensure smooth account hand-offs and align with Marketing to optimize inbound lead follow-up and outbound campaign execution.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key inside sales performance metrics (activity levels, connect rates, meeting conversion) to leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in B2B SaaS, IT, or Cybersecurity, with demonstrated leadership, team lead, or management capability.
- Optimization Mindset: Proven track record of taking established sales playbooks and elevating them using data, refined messaging, and modern outbound strategies.
- Sales Tech Mastery: Expert proficiency with modern sales execution tools (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Communication & Grit: Strong phone/video presence, high resilience, and a desire to foster a high-energy, collaborative in-office environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 + Commissions. This position will carry a quota.
Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren't limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
