Full Job Description
The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-caliber, hands-on B2B Marketing Lead to help position Integrant's AI and Agentic capabilities-particularly our ADLC offering-in the U.S. enterprise market. This is an individual-contributor role for a strategic marketer who is equally comfortable shaping a go-to-market story, collaborating with technical SMEs, producing compelling content, and executing integrated campaigns. You will play a central role in building a credible market presence and generating qualified leads for Integrant's AI and Agentic services. This is not a pure social media, SEO, or brand-management role. We need someone who understands how B2B technology-services buyers think and can turn complex technical expertise into compelling, business-focused messaging and campaigns.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Positioning
  • Own the marketing positioning and narrative for Integrant's AI, Agentic, and ADLC capabilities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our ideal customer profile, buyer personas, enterprise pain points, and buying journey. Translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated business value for U.S. enterprise prospects.
  • Research market trends, competitor messaging, and buyer needs to continuously strengthen campaign positioning.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to ensure marketing activities support qualified-lead and pipeline goals.

Content & Thought Leadership
  • Build and manage a content strategy that establishes Integrant as a credible partner in AI and Agentic solutions.
  • Produce or lead the creation of high-quality marketing assets, including thought-leadership articles, case studies, solution briefs, white papers, website content, sales collateral, LinkedIn content, email content, and webinar materials.
  • Interview and collaborate closely with technical SMEs to extract insights and convert them into clear, engaging, market-ready content.
  • Maintain a high bar for quality, accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all marketing communications.

Integrated Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns targeting U.S. enterprise prospects.
  • Lead a year-end campaign around Integrant's ADLC and Agentic offerings, from campaign concept and messaging through asset creation, launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Coordinate campaign activity across LinkedIn, email, paid media, webinars/events, website/landing pages, and outbound-sales enablement.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external specialists or agencies, where applicable, to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Create campaign briefs, timelines, and clear performance reporting.

Demand Generation & Measurement
  • Focus marketing efforts on generating qualified leads-not only awareness or vanity metrics.
  • Define and track relevant funnel metrics, including target-account engagement, content performance, marketing-qualified leads, sales-qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline influence.
  • Continuously analyze results and improve messaging, content, audiences, and channels based on performance.
  • Establish a practical feedback loop with sales to assess lead quality and refine targeting.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience within software, technology, IT services, digital engineering, or technology consulting.
  • Proven experience marketing B2B services or solutions-not only consumer products, e-commerce, or employer branding.
  • Demonstrated ownership of integrated marketing campaigns that supported lead generation, qualified meetings, or pipeline growth.
  • Strong content strategy and writing capabilities, with a portfolio of relevant B2B technology content.
  • Experience translating complex technical topics into compelling business-focused messaging.
  • Exposure to AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, data, cloud, software engineering, or digital transformation topics is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with technical SMEs, product teams, engineers, or solution architects.
  • Understanding of U.S. or international B2B markets; experience targeting enterprise buyers is highly preferred.
  • Practical experience with key channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, paid media, webinars/events, landing pages, and sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect marketing activity to lead quality and pipeline outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, project-management, and presentation skills.
  • High ownership, sound judgment, curiosity, and the ability to execute independently in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing AI/Agentic solutions, enterprise software, or technology services to regulated industries.
  • Experience with account-based marketing, demand generation, HubSpot or comparable automation platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM reporting, or intent-data tools.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or distributed international teams.
  • Experience working with external content, design, paid-media, or web-development partners.

Benefits
  • Salary paid in USD
  • Six-month career advancing opportunities
  • Supportive and friendly work environment
  • Premium medical insurance [employee +family]
  • English language development courses
  • Interest-free loans paid over 2.5 years
  • Technical development courses
  • Employment referral program
  • Premium location in Maadi
  • Social insurance
