A Taste of What You'll Do

Join our Innovation Management team and help bring bold liquid to life across one of the world's leading beverage companies. As an Innovation Analyst 2, you will support Liquid Brand Innovation initiatives that span product development, line extensions, and vintage changes. You will help advance innovation from concept through launch, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support business growth and strengthen our portfolio.

In this role, you will collaborate with teams across New Product Development, Beverage Making, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to help drive projects forward, coordinate key activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives, milestones, and timelines. Your work will contribute to the successful execution of liquid innovation initiatives while providing visibility into project performance and progress.

You will also help support and improve innovation management processes, reporting tools, and ways of working. Through data analysis, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement efforts, you will play an important role in helping teams evaluate opportunities, manage priorities, and bring innovative ideas to market.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in project management, Winemaking, business management, business analytics, and/or operations reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, vendors, and customers.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, and MS PowerPoint at and intermediate level; MS Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.


How You'll Stand Out
  • Bachelor's degree in plus 5 years of experience in project management, Winemaking, Beverage Making, New Product Development, Business Management, Brand Management, or business analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification,
  • Agile business experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and stakeholder groups, including senior leaders.
  • Skilled in writing reports and business correspondence.
  • Skilled in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, and MS PowerPoint at and intermediate level; MS Excel at an advanced level.
  • Experience working on special projects that impact business operations.
  • Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Experience working well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
  • Experience demonstrating positive and cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.

  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
  • This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
