Full Job Description
QualificationsBachelor of Laws (LL.B), or Juris Doctor (J.D.), degree and five years of related experience in a university or public institutional setting within a technology transfer office, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Adept at legal contract review.
- Manages the negotiation of complex and multi-party contracts and agreements.
- Can administer complex and bi- or multi-party University innovation and/or technology licensing agreements.
- Conducts due diligence on Invention Disclosures received by the TLO.
- Develops Marketing Materials based on Invention Disclosures and TLO general initiatives.
