Responsibilities

  • Identify failure causes, make recommendations, and coordinate implementation of solutions.
  • Analyze and identify improvement opportunities in the electrical/instrumentation sector.
  • Participate in risk analysis reviews and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Review inspection and test reports for responsible equipment.
  • Prepare and review documentation for equipment modification process controls.
  • Develop, validate, and coordinate preventive maintenance processes.
  • Ensure equipment compliance and maintain up-to-date E/I engineering standards.
  • Act as a technical resource for the plant and technician team.
  • Plan and coordinate electrical maintenance shutdowns and other maintenance or improvement projects.

Full Job Description
Rejoignez notre équipe en tant qu'Ingénieur Électrique - Fiabilité pour soutenir le maintien en condition et la réalisation de projets d'entretien de l'usine de Bécancour.

Principales fonctions :
• Identifie les causes des défaillances, procède aux recommandations et coordonne la mise en place des solutions.
• Participe à l'analyse et à l'identification des possibilités d'amélioration au niveau du secteur électrique/instrumentation.
• Participer aux revues d'analyse de risques (PHA) et coordonne l'implantation des correctifs.
• Révise les rapports d'inspection et d'essai des équipements sous sa responsabilité.
• Prépare et révise la justification et la documentation nécessaire aux contrôles du processus de modifications des équipements et installations.
• Développe, valide et coordonne les processus d'entretiens préventifs.
• Assure la conformité des équipements et maintient à jour les standards d'ingénierie E/I.
• Agit à titre de référence technique pour l'usine et l'équipe de techniciens.
• Planifie et coordonne les travaux électriques des arrêts d'entretien et autres projets d'entretien ou d'amélioration.

Environnement de travail :
  • La structure de l'équipe de fiabilité électrique repose sur une stratégie d'intervention court terme/long terme avec des priorités d'interventions conséquentes pour chaque membre de l'équipe.
  • Le travail s'effectue en mode partagé entre l'usine, l'ingénierie et l'atelier E/I.
  • Le poste offre la possibilité d'intégrer un système d'entretien de classe mondiale où la sécurité est primordiale et soumis aux normes strictes de " Process Safety Management et Mechanical Integrity ".
  • Le milieu d'intervention comporte un réseau de distribution interne (120/25/4.16kV), des redresseurs (électronique de puissance), de même qu'un éventail étendu d'instrumentation et valves relié aux fluides/gaz (pression, température, niveau, débit) et de contrôles (DCS Delta V, Automates Allen Bradley, PLC-5, Contrologix).


Exigences du poste :
  • Baccalauréat en Génie Électrique.
  • Un minimum de trois (3) années d'expérience professionnelle avec une performance démontrée au niveau de l'entretien, la fiabilité et les systèmes de gestion de l'entretien.
  • Bonne gestion du temps, orienté vers l'action, capacité à planifier et à mener à bien le travail de manière autonome.
  • Solides compétences en matière de communication, suivis, apte à piloter plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), des logiciels de vidéoconférence.
  • Sans être parfaitement bilingue, le candidat doit être en mesure d'évoluer efficacement dans un environnement où se côtoient le français et l'anglais.
  • Une expérience préalable de l'industrie chimique ou de l'industrie lourde est un atout important.
