  • Oversee workshop manufacturing and installation progress, including non-conformance reports
  • Select, optimize, and size turbines based on hydraulic curves and model tests
  • Coordinate mechanical interfaces between turbine-generator units and civil, mechanical, and electrical systems

Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Ingénieur(e) mécanique - Turbines hydroélectriques possédant une solide expérience en conception, sélection et intégration d'équipements rotatifs lourds - en particulier des turbines hydrauliques et des pompes de grande capacité - pour des projets hydroélectriques et de stockage par pompage. Ce poste met l'accent sur la performance, la fiabilité et l'exploitabilité des systèmes mécaniques dans des environnements à haute énergie.

Les principales responsabilités de ce poste comprennent, entre autres:
  • Services et conseils d'ingénierie portant sur la conception, la fabrication et l'installation des pièces de la turbine et de l'alternateur dans le cadre de construction de nouvelles centrales ou de réfection de groupes;
  • Réalisation d'études de faisabilité et d'avant-projets de nouveaux groupes et de modernisation de groupes, incluant les audits techniques en centrale, l'analyse des besoins du client, la rédaction de rapports;
  • Rédaction de devis technique d'approvisionnement ou de réfection de groupes;
  • Vérification de conformité par rapport aux exigences techniques contractuelles de la documentation produite par les fournisseurs, tels dessins, notes de calcul, procédures de fabrication, spécifications d'achat, procédures de montage, etc.;
  • Suivi de fabrication en atelier et de montage des groupes au chantier, incluant revue de rapports de non-conformité et demandes de modification technique;
  • Sélection, optimisation et dimensionnement hydraulique de turbine basé sur des courbes et des essais sur modèle hydraulique de référence, et témoignage aux essais sur modèle ou sur prototype;
  • Coordination des interfaces mécaniques des groupes turbine-alternateur avec les ouvrages civils, mécaniques et électriques de centrales;
  • Réalisation de projets d'ingénierie de modernisation de l'instrumentation des groupes, ingénierie de réfection des pièces majeures des groupes, analyse d'augmentation de puissance des groupes;


Qualifications

Qualifications requises :
  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique
  • 6+ années d'expérience en conception, fabrication et montage de groupe turbine-alternateur
  • Membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec
  • Maîtrise de la langue française (à l'oral et à l'écrit)

Qualifications souhaitables :
  • 12+ années d'expérience en conception, fabrication et montage de groupe turbine-alternateur
  • Maîtrise de la langue anglaise (à l'oral et à l'écrit), mandats hors Québec occasionnels
  • Dynamique, autonome, démontrant un esprit d'initiative et des aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe
  • Rigoureux, organisé(e) et efficace
  • Disponible pour voyager à l'occasion
