Responsibilities

  • Coordinate CAPEX and improvement projects aligned with client priorities
  • Monitor and participate in various project deliverables (design, execution, qualification)
  • Support mechanical design team (tracking, design review, etc.)
  • Assist installation team during equipment startups
  • Develop engineering specifications based on requirements
  • Conduct impact and risk analyses (FMEA, machine safety)
  • Participate in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ, validation documents)
  • Interpret process diagrams (P&ID)
  • Approve final mechanical plan records (TQC)
  • Ensure equipment compliance with applicable standards (NFPA, ISO, UL)

Job Description Summary
Le rôle principal de l'ingénieur(e) de projet consiste à piloter les projets dans leur ensemble, incluant la conception, l'analyse des risques, le suivi budgétaire ainsi que la mise en œuvre.

Job Description

RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS
  • Coordonner les projets CAPEX et d'amélioration de l'équipe en phase avec les priorités des clients
  • Effectuer le suivi et participer aux différents livrables de projet (conception, réalisation, qualification)
  • Supporter l'équipe de design mécanique (suivi, design review, etc.)
  • Supporter l'équipe d'installation en chantier lors des démarrages d'équipement
  • Élaborer des cahiers de charges de l'ingénierie selon les besoins
  • Effectuer les analyses d'impacts et les analyses de risque (FMEA, sécurité machine)
  • Participer à la qualification des équipements (IQ/OQ, documents de validation)
  • Interprétation des schémas de procédé (P&ID)
  • Approuver les relevés finaux (TQC) des plans mécaniques
  • Assurer la conformité des équipements avec les normes applicables (NFPA, ISO, UL)
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes


CONNAISSANCES / COMPÉTENCES

Expériences recherchées :
  • Diplôme universitaire en génie ou en science ou expérience équivalente
  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec
  • 5+ ans en milieu industriel manufacturier
  • 3+ ans en conception de machines (Solidworks Atout)
  • 2+ ans en gestion de projets

  • Langues : Français et Anglais: Vu les interactions courantes avec l'équipe globale située à l'extérieur du Canada, la connaissance avancée de l'anglais - oral et écrit - est requise.

  • Connaissance en méthode de fabrication (soudure, usinage, métal en feuille, etc.)

  • Bureau, déplacement entre les usines des 3 sites (St-Eustache, Boisbriand, Terrebonne)
  • Télétravail disponible une fois l'intégration complété en phase avec les besoins de l'entreprise et des phases des projets en cours
