  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises proactively to minimize project impact.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and support across all project phases.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project financials ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial goals are met Implement robust risk and crisis management frameworks to address potential challenges promptly.
  • Oversee project governance structures ensuring accountability transparency and effective decision making.
