Job Description

ECS is seeking an Infrastructure Management-System Services Lead - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily administration of enterprise system services such as DNS, DHCP, and file services.
  • Ensure the reliability of core infrastructure components under senior infrastructure direction.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to maintain optimal system operations.
  • Apply patches and configuration updates in line with established procedures.
  • Document changes and updates in accordance with configuration management protocols.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve network and system issues efficiently.
  • Maintain operational compliance to ensure secure and stable system services.
  • Lead efforts in incident response and real-time network operations.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP
  • Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure management and NOC operations.
  • Proven expertise in managing SIPR/NIPR networks and supervising personnel.
  • Strong background in network troubleshooting and maintaining operational compliance.
  • Experience leading network monitoring teams in a DoD environment.
