Job Description:This job is responsible for working on the least complex technical designs that enable business strategies in accordance with architectural governance, standards and policies. This job facilitates deployment of technical solution by developing templates, playbooks, and automation used during implementation and consistently looking for opportunities to improve the reliability and efficiency of implementing services. Technology subject matter responsible for the analysis, design, engineering, development and implementation of software development projects with BMC's ITSM, CMDB/Asset, Service Request, Change, Incident ARS Remedy, Oracle SQL development and web technologies. Works on multiple projects and development efforts and provides technical and architectural guidance on complex initiatives and works closely with on-shore and off-shore resources. The candidate should have at least 7 - 10 years of hands-on programming experience
Responsibilities:- Provides subject matter expertise and consulting services on a range of technologies, contributing to the technology strategy for end-to-end engineering solutions and providing feedback to the architecture teams
- Follows reference models, blueprints and playbooks to ensure the design is compliant
- Assists in translating business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policies
- Assists Technical Analysts by ensuring system design technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standards
- Develops software solutions to address manual and repeatable work or inefficient processes
- Supports an inclusive and healthy working environment
- Support of the ServiceNow project implementation and sustainability
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of hands on experience with ARS Remedy CMDB, Asset and Service Request applications
- Experience with other ITSM modules
- Experience with ITSM 9.1 or higher
- Extensive experience with ITSM Asset Management, CMDB, Service Request, Change and other ITSM modules
- Extensive experience building integrations with web services
- Experience with Atrium Integrator, Atrium Orchestrator and integrations using MuleSoft ESB
- Experience with custom Remedy workflow, forms, reports and filters design and development to meet specified requirements
- Excellent Oracle/PL-SQL
- Experience with Java, C or scripting to develop custom workflow and APIs

Pay range
$100,800.00 - $134,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
