Job Title Infrastructure & Energy Financing Analyst

Corporate Title Analyst

Location New York, NY

What You'll Do
  • Underwrite private credit opportunities in the infrastructure and energy sector, with a deep focus on financial modeling, fundamental credit diligence, and market drivers
  • Deal execution, spanning sponsor and management team engagement, negotiation, structuring, and syndication
  • Support senior team members seeking transaction approvals with internal functions
  • Build financial models, size debt, run sensitivities, and analyze cash flow coverages and other relevant debt metrics
  • Analyze project documents and third-party consultant reports
  • Participate in ongoing risk management and company performance oversight


Skills You'll Need
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities, and intellectual curiosity
  • BA or master's in economics, business, engineering, or law obtained at a top tier university

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $110,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
