Role Scope- Own end-to-end delivery per site: from construction handover through customer-ready compute, every workstream converging on the live date.
- Run the delivery schedule integrating deployment, network turn-up, compute bring-up, and validation.
- Chair the site delivery rhythm: blockers surfaced daily, escalated same-day, closed fast.
- Own the readiness gate: a hall is done when the checklist proves it, not when everyone's tired.
