Responsabilités principales

• Collaborer avec l'équipe TI pour offrir un soutien technique aux utilisateurs internes

• Participer à la conception et à l'évolution des infrastructures sur site et infonuagiques

• Assurer la conformité aux politiques de sécurité et aux certifications

• Maintenir et optimiser un environnement hybride (sur site + cloud)

• Surveiller les systèmes et gérer les incidents (rotation d'astreinte)

• Assurer la fiabilité des sauvegardes

• Documenter et améliorer les procédures techniques

• Maintenir l'inventaire des actifs TI

• Participer aux audits de sécurité

Qualifications & expérience

• Diplôme en informatique (collégial ou universitaire)

• Approche structurée, curiosité et sens de l'organisation

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en administration de systèmes et réseaux

• Expertise Microsoft 365 : Azure, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Purview, DLP, AutoPilot

• Expertise ou curiosité envers l'automatisation et IA. (PowerAutomate, Copilot, Agent365, Claude, GitHub Copilot)

• Excellentes compétences en réseautique (pare-feu, VPN, commutateurs, VPC)

• Connaissances AWS (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, WAF) - atout

• Expérience SOC 2 et ISO 27001 - atout

• Permis de conduire -atout

• Expérience avec Jira et Confluence

Job Title: Infrastructure & Cloud Administrator (M365, Azure, AWS) (Hybrid)

Department: Corporate IT

Report To: Corporate IT Team Lead

Location: Downtown Montreal, (Square-Victoria Metro)

Language Profile: Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken

Role Overview

• Collaborate with the IT team to provide technical support to internal users

• Participate in the design and evolution of on-premises and cloud infrastructures

• Ensure compliance with security policies and certifications

• Maintain and optimize a hybrid environment (on-premises + cloud)

• Monitor systems and manage incidents (on-call rotation)

• Ensure backup reliability

• Document and improve technical procedures

• Maintain IT asset inventory

• Participate in security audits

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Degree in Computer Science (college or university)

• Structured, curious, and organized mindset

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems and network administration

• Microsoft 365 expertise: Azure, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Purview, DLP, Autopilot
• Automation and AI skills or curiosity (Power Automate, Copilot, Agent365, Claude, GitHub Copilot)

• Strong networking skills (firewalls, VPNs, switches, VPC)

• AWS knowledge (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, WAF) - an asset

• Experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 - an asset

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Driver's license - an asset
