(Internal Title: Project Management II) - Implement and manage the assigned program elements from inception through to completion in close collaboration with the Program Manager - Develop new project plans and reporting materials, including project charters, records, monthly updates, and quarterly dashboards in consultation with the required stakeholders, including clients - Acting as a shared resource within an integrated project delivery environment, work in collaboration with the Project Manager to identify and utilize the required human and material resources to complete assigned tasks successfully - Assist in formulation and administration of a resource allocation strategy to guide distribution of work and budgets - Exercise authority in managing the assigned work and support the delivery of the project per the project plan - Contribute to staff performance by ensuring excellence and adherence to specified deadlines - Review and ensure observance of the overall scope, schedule, and budget - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans in consultation with assigned Project Management III or higher - Track, monitor, and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, - Initiate project effectiveness by consulting with clients, project staff, and assigned Program Manager - Consult with the assigned Program Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phases of a project - Complete any tasks assigned by Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner WORKING CONDITIONS - Hybrid - With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
