THE WORK:
(Internal Title: Project Management II)
Implement and manage the assigned datacenters projects or project elements from inception through to completion
Develop new project plans in consultation with the required stakeholders, including clients
Utilize the human and material resources provided to complete assigned tasks successfully
Administer a resource allocation strategy and utilize this when distributing work and budgets
Exercise authority in managing the assigned work and support the delivery of the project per the project plan
Contribute to staff performance by ensuring excellence and adherence to specified deadlines
Review and ensure observance of the overall scope, schedule, and budget
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans in consultation with assigned Project Management III or higher
Track, monitor, and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs,
Initiate project effectiveness by consulting with clients, project staff, and assigned Project Management III or higher

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Centers Construction Project Management or a similar role
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Licenses OR Certifications:
Must have a recognized certification such as PMI Project Management, ReadyTM, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Skills and Competencies:
In-depth understanding of prevailing Project Management methods
Competent in the application of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
Effective skills in Microsoft Office
Proficient in project management software
Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
