THE WORK:- You'll assist with budget tracking, forecasting, invoice checks, accruals, and identifying project risks.
- You'll help standardize cost, schedule, and risk tracking processes.
- You'll prepare concise financial and risk updates for project teams and leadership.
- You'll review contractor agreements, flag budget gaps, and highlight early risks during preconstruction.
- You'll coordinate with scheduling and delivery teams to resolve issues quickly.
- You'll support variance reports, cash-flow forecasts, and leadership reviews.
- You'll link cost and schedule data for integrated project reporting.
- You'll deliver accurate outputs under senior guidance and travel to data center sites as needed.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- 10+ years of experience in construction project controls
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical background
- Strong knowledge of cost tracking, change orders, and risk fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Earned Value or resource-based data
- Background in data center, manufacturing, or complex commissioning projects
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Excellent analytical skills, communication, and reporting organization
- Experience supporting or helping negotiate project changes or claims
- Prior experience in a project controls or cost management team environment
- Exposure to multi-stakeholder or multi-project programs
- Participation in implementing or improving project controls processes
- Ability to analyze metrics and recommend efficiency improvements
- Familiarity with Oracle Unifier or similar project management systems
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
