THE WORK:- You'll, at all times, ensure the safety of Client employees, State employees, and Contractor employees.
- You'll act as the Owner's representative in all matters related to the project, overseeing and managing all project staff, daily field and office activities, and all ancillary functions of the project.
- You'll support Client executive management in the execution of the project.
- You'll monitor the project schedule and budget, reporting as required to Client executive leadership, and manage the project to maintain quality, schedule, and budget.
- You'll assist in the oversight of all engineering, construction, quality, safety, environmental, third-party, and community outreach functions.
- You'll represent the Client in the community and with public agencies, maintain the project safety culture, and provide oversight to ensure zero lost-time incidents on the project.
- You'll protect the interests of the traveling public and the Client at all times.
- You'll ensure conformance with all Client contract documents.
- You'll perform constructability reviews and provide comments on design packages.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or another related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Construction Management on transit projects of at least $30 million
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in the management of major construction contracts of similar size and scope
- Valid California Class C driver's license
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Experience with EV charging infrastructure projects is a plus, but not required
$150,000 - $175,000 a year
