- Manage and direct project-specific tasks and duties as planned and identified for the project in the area of specialty
- Ensure assigned staff and leads, including specialized SMEs, are monitoring all project construction activities and ensuring compliance with the contract requirements, design documents, quality, safety, and environmental issues
- Manage daily site inspections and audits ensuring the staff submissions are at the highest quality level with appropriate and comprehensive photo and quantity logs and records of activities
- Review digital infrastructure that is set for the work of construction administration and field operations staff
- Develop and deliver a completed analysis of construction progress gathering details through meetings, reports, contractor document submissions, and schedules
- Support the resolution of claims, non-conformances, or dispute submissions initiated by the contractor (potential or actual)
- Analyze weekly and monthly KPI reports to ensure completion and distribution to the appropriate stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication with project leaders and internal and external stakeholders on project status, concerns, and specific actions to support client and construction activities to ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of the projects
- Lead value engineering, constructability, schedule, and documentation development through the various project phases
- Supervise team members by orienting, training, and managing their project targets, objectives, responsibilities, and performance per company policies, values, and business practices
- Direct and share technical expertise with team members to achieve performance goals and project objectives by delivering ongoing feedback, direction, and guidance to ensure a motivated, productive workforce
- Engage in meetings with clients, third parties, and managers to assess progress, resolve critical issues, mitigate risk, and negotiate scope changes
- Outline the human and material resources required to complete a project successfully
- Define the success criteria and disseminate them to the involved parties
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Construction Management V or higher in an efficient and timely manner
WORKING CONDITIONS - Site-based

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Engineering or Construction
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in an Engineering or Construction Management field
- Holding a recognized certification in area of specialty

- Strong knowledge of prevailing construction means and methods
- Expert understanding of applicable construction-related software
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead multi-resource Construction teams
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment by ensuring effective teamwork, promotion of innovation, and overall excellence
- Demonstrated functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
- Proven ability to anticipate, identify, and minimize project risks

- Capability to supervise, delegate, and develop capacity
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
