Information Security Risk Specialist The Opportunity: As an information security risk specialist on our team, you'll work with specific enterprises, military leaders to discover their cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan. You'll get technical and personnel details from engineers and subject matter experts to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you'll help your team guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones. You'll work on translating security concepts for your client so they can make the best decisions to secure their mission-critical systems. You Have: • 3+ years of experience supporting cyber incident response • Experience with vulnerability identification and remediation • Experience working with MacOS, Windows, Linux, or Unix • Experience with ServiceNow and Autotask tools • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence • Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree • Ability to obtain DoD 8140 or 752 Cyber Policy and Strategy Planner Certification within 30 days of start date Nice If You Have: • Experience working with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels • Experience delivering technical briefings to leadership • Knowledge of AWS or Azure security tools and processes • Ability to work on a geographically dispersed team • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
