  • Assist in crafting bids with a focus on information management strategies.
  • Implement and develop the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project success.

The Project:

Mace is seeking a full-time information manager for life science and manufacturing and technology projects to work directly with our clients on capital projects.

You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Defines and delivers information management strategies, standards (ink ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes.
  • Establishes and manages the project/programme information management function following the strategy, standards and processes set.
  • Trains project/programme colleagues in information practices and processes and drives awareness and continuous improvement.
  • Manages the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts are submitted and stored.
  • Line manages, coaches and supports the information management team working on the project, as direct and indirect reports.
  • Contributes to global digital centre of excellence including body of knowledge, processes, case studies.
  • Contributes to bids in terms of information management strategies and solutions.
  • Contributes to the setup, implementation and development of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll Need To Have:
  • Technical qualifications and certifications.
  • Experience in change management, project delivery processes, vendor and construction turnover packages, CQV and or PQ/PV documentation administration.
  • Big project and programme experience in information management and document control.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, database management and pertinent EDMS/PMIS software.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills as well as good customer service skills.
  • Relevant work experience in life sciences.
