Full Job Description
An experienced Information Management Analyst to join its Global Information Governance team. This position supports document review and matter mobility processes, helping attorneys and staff manage the secure and compliant transfer of files into and out of the organization.

The role is based in downtown Los Angeles and may offer a hybrid work schedule following an initial in-office training period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage document review projects, including file intake and release activities, from planning through completion.
  • Organize files, workflows, and review projects while ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with information governance policies, procedures, and matter mobility requirements.
  • Respond to questions and provide guidance or training related to information governance and file transfer processes.
  • Apply sound judgment when handling sensitive information and interpreting policies, procedures, and legal or ethical requirements.
  • Advise attorneys, legal professionals, and staff on information management best practices, data privacy, security, and related risk considerations.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, technology, and other internal teams involved in matter mobility and information governance processes.
  • Use litigation support and other technology applications to configure and conduct information governance-related reviews.
  • Handle highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information with discretion and appropriate security controls.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; three years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

  • Experience in a legal, administrative, or document-management role involving substantial document organization may be considered in lieu of directly related information governance or records management experience.
