Role Description Provide deep product and implementation leadership for the Informatica MDM environment and its migration/refactoring into the approved future state. This is the senior hands-on Informatica authority on the programme.
Key Responsibilities - Perform a detailed assessment of the current Informatica MDM configuration: repositories, base objects, relationships, rules, match/merge, trust/survivorship, ActiveVOS workflows, interfaces and operational procedures.
- Translate the target MDM architecture into Informatica-specific design and configuration where Informatica remains in scope.
- Configure and tune tokenisation, match rules (fuzzy/exact), merge, unmerge, split and rematch behaviour.
- Implement trust/survivorship, source precedence and steward override logic; preserve manual decisions with full audit.
- Configure Business Entity Services (BES) / SIF APIs, provisioning (e360/IDD) and message-queue triggers for real-time flows.
- Design migration extract, transform, load, reconciliation and rollback procedures from the current Hub.
- Coordinate Informatica interfaces with DataFlow, TopBraid, APIs and downstream consumers.
- Support performance testing, production readiness and lead knowledge transfer to customer MDM administrators.

Required Experience & Skills - 8+ years hands-on Informatica MDM implementation and migration.
- Deep on Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director (IDD) / Entity 360 (e360), Hierarchy Manager, Provisioning Tool and the Match/Merge engine.
- Strong with Business Entity Services (BES), SIF APIs, ActiveVOS workflows and message-based integration.
- Proven identity resolution, trust/survivorship and match tuning (precision/recall).
- Experience migrating/refactoring an existing on-prem Informatica MDM Hub.
Good to Have - Healthcare provider/patient mastering experience.
- Informatica MDM SaaS / IDMC / Cloud experience.
- Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Address Doctor familiarity.
The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
