Full Job Description
The Role

We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Lead to build and run a scaled, always-on creator content program across a range of verticals: sourcing, briefing, and managing a high volume of creators, and building the seeding, whitelisting, and affiliate mechanics that turn their content into a repeatable growth engine.

This is a senior, strategic role that owns the budget for contracting and compensating creators, and partners closely with our growth marketing team, who run paid distribution, to get proven content in front of the right audiences fast.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems and volume, not just individual campaigns. You want to build the machine that runs hundreds of creator relationships at once, not just execute a handful of them well.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run a scaled, always-on creator content program across multiple verticals: sourcing, briefing, and managing a high-volume roster of creators.
  • Own and deploy the budget for contracting and compensating creators, including seeding, whitelisting, affiliate, and related creator economics.
  • Partner closely with our growth marketing team on paid amplification. Flag what's working and agree on a fast, standing process to get it in front of more people, rather than running paid media independently.
  • Build a repeatable playbook for sourcing, briefing, contracting, and measuring creator content, so the program can scale into new verticals quickly.
  • Work with our growth partnerships team to take what they prove out with a handful of larger deals and scale it across many more creators.
  • Pull from existing creator and community relationships elsewhere in the org when there's a fit, without depending on them. This program needs its own sourcing engine.
  • Report on program performance on a regular cadence and make clear calls on what to scale, adjust, or cut.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience running scaled influencer, creator, or UGC programs: always-on and high-volume, not a handful of one-off campaigns.
  • Comfort owning and defending a real budget across many smaller creator relationships rather than a few large ones.
  • Experience partnering with a paid or growth marketing team on amplification, without needing to own the media-buying function yourself.
  • Systems thinking: the ability to build repeatable sourcing, briefing, and measurement processes that work across many creators and verticals at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Based in the US (West Coast) or Australia, with the flexibility to coordinate closely with US-based marketing leadership.
  • Bonus: experience scaling a UGC or influencer program across multiple verticals or markets.
  • Bonus: experience with seeding, whitelisting, or affiliate programs run at real volume.
  • Bonus: experience partnering closely with a paid or growth marketing team on amplification workflows.
  • Bonus: experience operating in fast-moving, early-stage, or 0-to-1 environments.

Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $160,000-$180,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed.

P.S. If you don't tick every box in this listing, please don't rule yourself out. We take pride in inclusion and hiring incredible human beings with great potential over ticking boxes - so if this role resonates with you, hit that apply button!
