Full Job Description
Full-Time - Permanent

Location: New York, NY (hybrid, preferred) - exceptional candidates outside NY considered for fully remote (US-based only)

Type: Full-time, permanent

Department: Influencer & Creator Partnerships

Reports to: Senior Influencer Lead / Account Leadership

Where you'll be based

This role is anchored in our New York office, working day to day alongside our US influencer and account teams, joining regular check-ins, briefings, client reviews, and creator calls in person. We're open to fully remote candidates (US-based only) for the right person, but this is reserved for very experienced hires who can plug straight into a fast-moving team from day one with minimal ramp-up.

The Role

We're looking for a permanent, full-time Influencer Manager to lead hands-on delivery across live influencer and creator campaigns for our client roster. This is an execution-focused role for someone who knows how to run influencer campaigns end-to-end, from casting through to reporting, and can hit the ground running.

You'll work closely with senior influencer leads and cross-functional teams, bringing structure, pace, and creator know-how to a busy, always-on roster. Above all, we want someone who understands that influencer marketing isn't transactional; it's about relationships, cultural relevance, and delivering programs that audiences actually care about.

As an Influencer Manager at NewGen, you will:
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery - Own briefing, casting, contracting, content review, posting, and reporting, keeping every workstream on track and on time.
  • Source and vet creators - Identify and evaluate influencers and creators against brief requirements, from micro to top-tier talent.
  • Own day-to-day creator relationships - Communicate with creators, agents, and managers to keep partnerships smooth, professional, and on schedule.
  • Support negotiations and contracting - Assist with fee negotiations, usage rights, and contract terms, working within agreed budgets.
  • Coordinate across teams - Partner with strategy, creative, and account teams to keep influencer workstreams integrated into the wider campaign.
  • Report on performance - Track and report on campaign delivery and performance metrics for internal and client review.

Social first x brand impact

To succeed here, you need a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, an instinct for which voices truly influence culture, and the ability to translate that insight into authentic, high-impact brand partnerships. This role is about understanding influence beyond follower counts, from community-led creators and emerging talent to established names, and knowing how to activate them in ways that feel real, relevant, and effective.

It's ok to be 'chronically online'.

What we're looking for
  • 4-5+ years' experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, agency or brand-side
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from casting through to reporting
  • Strong existing relationships with creators, agents, and talent managers
  • Confidence negotiating fees, usage rights, and contract terms
  • Comfortable using influencer and project management tools/platforms
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to get up to speed quickly

Role details

Type: Full-time, permanent employee

Location: New York, NY preferred (hybrid); fully remote considered only for exceptionally qualified, US-based candidates

Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 base salary, based on experience
