Influencer Manager About the role SharkNinja is looking for an Influencer Manager to manage mid-tier influencer relationships and campaigns across the brand portfolio. This role sits between creator operations and strategic campaign execution - you will own a roster of established mid-tier partners, run campaigns from brief to report, and serve as a day-to-day relationship owner for some of our highest-value creator partnerships.
You will work closely with the Senior Influencer team, brand partners, and Paid Media to ensure influencer content drives awareness, engagement, and conversion at scale.
What you'll own - Mid-tier influencer relationships: Own a portfolio of established mid-tier influencer partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Manage relationships with professionalism and consistency.
- Campaign execution: Run influencer campaigns end to end - briefing, negotiation support, content review, approval workflows, go-live coordination, and post-campaign reporting.
- Contracting and compliance: Manage influencer agreements in partnership with Legal. Ensure all content meets FTC guidelines, platform policies, and brand standards.
- Paid amplification support: Coordinate whitelisting and boosting workflows for influencer content in partnership with the Paid Media team.
- Performance reporting: Track influencer and campaign-level KPIs. Build post-campaign reports with clear performance summaries and optimization recommendations.
- Talent scouting: Continuously identify and vet new mid-tier talent aligned with SharkNinja brand priorities. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for new campaigns.
What you bring - 3-5 years in influencer marketing - managing mid-tier talent at a consumer brand, agency, or talent management company.
- Strong relationship manager - you communicate professionally with talent and their teams, navigate negotiations calmly, and build long-term partnerships.
- Experience with influencer platforms (CreatorIQ, Mavrck, Grin, or similar).
- Working knowledge of FTC guidelines, influencer contract basics, and platform content policies.
- Analytical - comfortable pulling reports, interpreting performance data, and making recommendations based on results.
- Experience coordinating influencer whitelisting and paid amplification is a strong plus.
What this is not This is not a macro celebrity talent role. It is not a purely operational role either. It sits at the intersection of relationship management and campaign execution - someone who can hold a meaningful influencer relationship while running the program details that keep campaigns on track.
