Job Description: Schedule: 40 hours M-F 8-4:30 (times flexible), system on call 1-2 times/year for 7 days.

- Leverages technology for surveillance and reporting, ensuring data integrity and timely submission to applicable regulatory systems.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners including public health officials, healthcare coalitions, and vendors to enhance infection prevention outcomes.
- Advocates for evidence-based practices, maintaining adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participates in research and quality improvement initiatives, differentiating between QI and research, and disseminating results through education and consultation.
- Contributes to product evaluation and cost-effectiveness initiatives, supporting organizational goals through informed decision-making and business case development.

• Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study: - health science, healthcare delivery, public health, laboratory science, or related field. Advanced degree/ internship could be considered in lieu of experience.
Work Experience: - 2+ in clinical setting, infection control or public health. [Required]
Licenses and Certifications: - Infection Control Certification (CIC) [Preferred]
