Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Drive strategic analysis of business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical requirements while providing expert guidance on their impact on ERP design and functionality
• Provide expert insights on ERP solution architecture, to ensure scalability, high performance, and readiness for future growth
• Lead the creation of advanced custom solutions, offering technical direction and ensuring adherence to coding and configuration best practices
• Oversee overall strategy for system integration including ERP integration standards and provide expert guidance on data migration methodologies, to ensure accuracy, validation, and alignment with business objectives
• Drive performance optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and innovating strategies to maximize system efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and design strategic knowledge transfer programs, to ensure system users and technical teams are fully equipped to maintain and utilize the ERP solution effectively

Required Skill and ExperienceExperience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the modules of ISU Billing/ISU Device Management and ISU FICA and IDEX
Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America
Experience of at least 1-2 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
Requirement gathering
Business process design
SAP configuration
RICEFW Functional design
Systems and Integration Testing
Resolving production issues
The candidate should possess strong knowledge on ISU Billing Process and should have expertise in key process and architectural knowledge in various ISU Billing areas as well as ISU FICA or Device Management and ISU IDEX
Experience in BRF+ and Dunning by collection strategy and should be able to recommend solution options.
Integration with Device Management, Finance & SD module, and fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processes.
Preferred Skill and ExperienceExperience in business functions such as meter reading, meter data management, scheduling, billing & billing rates design, invoicing, accounting, customer service, and integration
Setup/Involve on the Main & Sub transaction and should have prior experience in analyzing issues in the Billing & Invoicing process.
Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data.
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
